RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If the Product Delivered is Damaged or Incorrect

  1. Immediate Notification:
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Naturestask customer service immediately at info@naturestask.com or call +91 22 25617070. We highly recommend taking photos or a video while opening the package as proof.
  2. Timeframe:
    It is mandatory to inform us within 24 hours of delivery about any damage or incorrect product. Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
  3. Return/Exchange Requests:
    Do not send returns directly to us. Lodge a return/exchange request first. You will be provided with a return/exchange ticket, which must be referenced throughout the process.
  1. Charges for Return/Exchange:

Customer will be charged shipping for receipt of goods, return of goods and again for delivery of goods if it is for of no fault of Naturestask.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Initial Review:
    Once your request is received, our customer care team will contact you for preliminary information, which may include:
    • Images of the damaged or incorrect product
    • Images of the packaging
    • Any other details as required
  2. Approval & Shipping:
    • If your request is approved, you will be asked to send the product back for physical verification.
    • Please email your shipment details on the day you dispatch the product.
  3. Verification:
    • Once we receive and verify the product, we will update you on the status within 24 hours.
    • Replacements may take up to 15 days from the day we receive the returned product.
  4. Return Requirements:
    • Return the product in its original packaging.
    • The product serial number must not be tampered with.
    • Product composition must remain unaltered.
    • Include all labels, cartons, and any free gifts in their original condition.
  5. False Claims:
    • If claims are found to be untrue, the return/exchange will be rejected and shipping charges will be debited to the customer.

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • Free products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If delivery was refused by the customer or unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability.
  • If the product is damaged after delivery.
  • If the customer fails to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are not provided if an exchange can be arranged.
  • All return/exchange requests are subject to approval by Naturestask and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Pre-paid Orders (Not Shipped): If you cancel a pre-paid order before it is shipped, your refund will be processed within 3 business days of cancellation and should reflect in your bank account within 10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
