CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation:
Orders placed on our website (www.naturestask.com), social media, direct sale or any other kind of sales are generally not eligible for cancellation. However, in exceptional cases where a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, Naturestask may, at its discretion, accept the cancellation request.

Shipment Status:
Acceptance of cancellation depends on the shipment status. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will only be processed after deducting shipping charges, handling charges or any applicable statutory charges. No cancellation requests will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds may take up to 15 working days to process. Customers may be notified of refund status via email or phone.

Order Refusal:

Fraudulent Transactions:

Identification at Delivery:
We reserve the right to request proof of identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide valid identification may result in cancellation of the order. Any such cancellation will be charged with cancellation charges and shipping charges.
