Delivery Information

At Naturestask, we partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and the name of the courier handling your delivery. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website. We may also offer hand delivery if the drop point is close by or hand delivery is possible.

Shipping Within India

  • Free Shipping: Orders of ₹700 or more qualify for free shipping across India.
  • Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹700, a flat shipping charge of ₹90 will apply.
  • Order Dispatch: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Order Tracking: You can track your order status in real time by logging into your account and using the “Track Your Order” feature.

Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to providing high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our Returns & Exchange Policy for guidance.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by visiting your account and selecting the “Cancel Order” option.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, please contact our Customer Care team at 022-265617070 (Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm IST) for assistance.

Refunds

  • Pre-paid Orders (Not Shipped): If you cancel a pre-paid order before it is shipped, your refund will be processed within 24 hours of cancellation and should reflect in your bank account within 10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
